What’s new on VC?
We’re excited to introduce a new enhancement that gives you greater visibility into your product pricing. You can now view both your Subsidy Price and Promo Price directly from the Manage Products page, making it easier to track your prices, understand how your products are priced, and monitor campaign participation—all in one place.
What is the difference between subsidy price and promo price?
| Subsidy Price | The Subsidy Price is the discounted price shown to customers when Jumia applies an additional discount to your product. While customers benefit from the lower price,you still receive the payment based on your prices of the products, as Jumia covers the subsidy amount. |
| Promo Price: | The Promo Price is the discounted price applied to your product when you join one of our promotional campaigns. The discount amount depends on the campaign and category requirements, and the difference between the original price and the Promo Price is covered by the seller.

How to access the subsidy and promo price on your products?
- Log in to your Jumia Vendor Center.
- Navigate to Products and select Manage Products.
- Click Manage Columns in the top-right corner of the page.
- Check the Subsidy/Promo Price column and save your changes.
Why Use This New Feature?
- Quickly view and compare your Subsidy Price and Promo Price directly from your product list, giving you a clearer understanding of your active offers.
- Easily track how your products are participating in promotions without the need to review multiple campaign details.
- Find the pricing details you need directly from the Manage Products page, reducing manual checks and saving valuable time with one view.
