How to manage your orders

Jumia simplified the incoming order management process for you: From the moment you receive your order, till the delivery of your product to JUMIA’s representative in a few easy steps


How to know you have new orders to deliver?

A: Connect to your Seller Center account, and click on: Orders → Manage Orders

 


B: You will find all your new orders in the “Pending” Orders section.

C: Click on Ready to ship

D: Filter “ready-to-ship” orders to confirm status change

 

 

E: Click on “All documents”, then on “Print labels for selected items”, or click directly on the “Label cloud” to print all the documents you need: delivery note, shipping labels and invoice.

 

 

To define order items as ready for shipment:

A: Expand the order that contains the order items.

 

B: Click on the Ready to ship button on the order item to be set as ready to ship.

 

C: Click on the “Pending” status again to change the rest of the items to “Ready to ship” status.
