What is this function?

At each event, you will find new promotional campaigns available in your shop. You can take advantage of this and offer your best deals by adding them to the campaigns.
Sellers who take part in these promotional campaigns generate 3 times more sales than other sellers because they follow these 4 tips:
– They select their best offers 4 to 5 weeks in advance and add them to the Vendor Centre.
– They regularly check in the Vendor Center whether their participation in the promotional campaign has been approved or rejected by Jumia.
– They modify prices and stocks according to the results of the promotional campaign.
– They ship orders within 48 hours to the nearest depot.

Eligibility criteria for promotions

To take part in promotional campaigns, you must meet the specific criteria required by the campaign:

– The minimum discount value.

– In some cases, the maximum discount value.

– Minimum seller rating.

– Minimum stock availability.

-The products selected must correspond to the product category specified in the promotions.

Here are the steps to follow to check the criteria for the Vendor Center promotion campaign:

On the Vendor Center

Step 1

Go to the Promotions page and click on Show all.

Step 2

Click on Join the promotion.

You can use the filters to reduce the number of results in the list. For example, use the Status: Open filter to see only promotions that are open for registration.
